Who We Are and What We Do

Above the Line is a non-profit collective dedicated to providing housing, education, placement and other vital services to at-risk children and youth in Santa Cruz, CA.

Staffed by trained professionals and serving children in a private home, Above the Line assists children aged 3-18.

We offer:
