Special Note
We frequently deal with young people who have never had the chance
to bond emotionally with a parental figure. Our team of caregivers
strives to establish
a positive bond through healthy “parenting.” We would like our
counselors to see themselves as adult role models rather than as friends.
What if this is an administrative position?
Administrative positions require the same basic procedure as the
Support Counselor. Fingerprints, proof of car insurance and a physical
exam and a TB test is required.
