The Most Important Donation Is Yours
The government pays for the food, the medical care, the basics.
But it takes a lot more than basics to create a healing environment,
and it takes longer to
heal than government money supports.
Your support pays for the gas we use to
drive kids, every day, and the vans we drive them in; the phones
the staff use to communicate with each other;
the camping
trips, the movie passes, the music and volley ball and gardening supplies.
At-risk
youth are children and they need what all children need: adult
guidance, structure, support and love. You can be the adult who
makes a difference right
now, in our community. For years many organizations have relied on state and
private funding. That has changed and in order to continue meeting the needs
of at-risk youth, we need support from caring individuals like you.

Donate a Stock Gift
For additional tax advantages: By contributing a stock gift to ATL,
you can avoid capital gains tax from an outright sale and maximize
your charitable tax deduction by valuing stock gifts on the date
of the donation, regardless of the original purchase price. Contact
Gayle Topping to arrange a stock transfer.
Donate a Recurring Deduction
One third of our program costs are funded by private donations. Private giving
tends to come irregularly, while the cost of our services remains constant
from month to month. Our goal is to create as many reliable, predictable
sources of private income as we have expenses. Here’s how you can help:
Pledge a bank account or credit card deduction to take place at the interval
you specify. Use our On
Line Secure Page or download our Contribution
Form. All your information is confidential and will not be given to any
other organization. |
