Kimberly Carter House

Carter House offers up to 18 month residential housing for nine court referred girls and voluntary educational and day program services to homeless girls and boys. Many participants have previously been in foster care or on probation when they come to Carter House. Many teens are abjectly poor, abused, neglected and are not receiving any other services.
